Before moving to administration, Elise taught for eight years (professionally) and many more prior. Elise adores teaching- she finds joy in her students each day.

Elise has worked in the a cappella industry for 9 years, and part of it as a competitor for even longer. Elise has been a guest on Talkappella, and her production and judging skills have taken her across the United States.

Elise consistently works to improve the world of education- especially in regards to SEL and Music Education. Elise has presented to school districts, provided articles to ILMEA and KMEA, and presented at NAfME.
